Prices

• All prices are per room, per night.
• Unconfirmed reservations cannot be held for longer than 48 hours.

Children’s Rates (when sharing with two full-paying adults)

Bed & Breakfast

• Ages 6–10: £45 per night
• Ages 11–14: £55 per night
  

Dinner, Bed & Breakfast

• Ages 6–10: £65 per night
• Ages 11–14: £80 per night

Parking

• Very Limited parking is available at the rear of the hotel. First come first serve basis.
• Guests must leave their keys with reception.
• Spaces cannot be reserved.

Additional parking:

• Public car park directly opposite the hotel
• Large public car park on Manor Road (10-minute walk)

Reservations

• Check-in: from 2.30pm on the day of arrival
• Check-out: by 10.30am on the day of departure
• Tariff is inclusive – no reductions for temporary absences or meals not taken.
• We take care to ensure accuracy on our website, but cannot accept responsibility for any errors.

Tariffs

We do our best to keep information accurate but reserve the right to change tariffs without prior notice.

Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged at the full reservation cost.

Dogs

• We welcome dogs at £10 per dog, per night (food not included).
• A dog-friendly dining area is available – please ask at reception.

Smoking

• The hotel is non-smoking throughout.
